A little more about our Autism-Friendly Trick-or-Treat!

Our event will be held at a private residence off 300 N Valparaiso, and we’re keeping things simple, fun, and low-pressure for our kiddos.

Each child will be able to “trick-or-treat” right at our table and choose some goodies from the treat bowl! We’re planning to have a mix of treats like:

Pretzels

Gummies

Rice Krispies Treats

Gushers

Suckers

Every child will ALSO get their own little treat bag with sensory toys, a coloring page, and crayons to take home!

Kids are welcome to come in costume or regular clothes, say “trick or treat” or say nothing at all, grab their treats and go, or hang out for a little bit. There’s no pressure to participate a certain way.

We just want our autistic kiddos to have a fun Halloween experience where they can be themselves.

A photo op will be ready for you also!
